Dr Peter Cockram graduated from Hale School year 2000. Initially Peter studied medicine & biomedicine science at UWA until he found a passion for holistic health and changed his degree to a double degree, Bachelor of Science in Chiropractic & Bachelor of Chiropractic. Dr Peter lives in Mount Lawley with his wife Tennielle, his son Macgyver, his two dogs and cat. He spends his free time with his family and getting outdoors. He also enjoys reading, cooking, travelling and is a West Coast Eagles Fan.
Tennielle became a Master Trainer and Nutrition Advisor in 2006 and is registered and certified through Fitness Australia as a Category 3 trainer and has continued further studies in rehabilitation, pre/post natal and weight loss.
She is also a qualified pilates instructor and utilises ball, band and circle equipment. I take pride in my personal and professional experience within the health and fitness industry and with all of my knowledge about training and nutrition, I decided to create an atmosphere to enthuse and educate individuals ready to take those first steps and to improve their health and life for the better.
Lucy graduated from Murdoch University with both a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Chiropractic. I have always been interested in the body and particularly in movement, which sparked my interest in Chiropractic. I competed at a state level in Calisthenics for 15 years and suffered my fair share of injuries. Chiropractic really helped me return to what I loved doing, that is why it's so special that I can help others along their health journey. Outside of Chiropractic I love cooking (and most importantly eating!), hiking and music.
Through my studies with the Australian College of Massage I gained the Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice and the Diploma of Remedial Massage. Along with developing practical massage skills I became aware of the importance of treating the body as a whole, after all everything is interconnected. Massage is a wonderful tool to care for the mind as well as the body and helps to alleviate stresses, be they from physical strains or emotional pressures. I love to combine relaxation and remedial techniques leaving you feeling rejuvenated in body and mind.
Peter holds an Australian qualification in Remedial Massage Therapy and has also had the pleasure of studying massage in Thailand. I love my work as a massage therapist focusing on sport, deep tissue, remedial therapies and dry needling. It is very fulfilling to work with clients and achieve their wellness goals.
Monique is a qualified remedial massage therapist with over 10 years experience in the soft tissue industry. She has completed a double bachelor degree in human biology and sport science, a diploma in remedial massage therapy and is currently completing a masters degree in Physiotherapy. Each session is customised to meet the needs of my clients by integrating various modalities of massage such as; deep tissue, trigger point therapy, swedish, myofacial release, sports massage, pregnancy massage and hot stone therapy. Massage Therapy is beneficial on many levels to promote good health and well-being.
Brad has 7 years experience in massage therapy and personal training and is currently studying a Bachelor of Science in Chiropractic at Murdoch University. I apply strength training and advise when it comes to muscles that are weak and contributing to poor mechanics, as well as soft tissue and stretching techniques to restore range of motion and correct tightness. With a combination of Personal Training and Remedial Massage I can adapt my treatment plan personally to each individual, making it a truly unique program that will evolve as time progresses. Some of the techniques I use are Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, PNF Stretching, Sports Massage and I have experience in Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
